The creators of and contributors to the CatholicsConnection.org website are faithful lay Catholics in the San Antonio area who wanted to glorify the Holy Trinity by providing fellow Catholics and other Christians with a practical and timely way to be informed about events in the local Catholic community.

We come from different local parishes, different ethnic backgrounds, and different walks of life, but with a common purpose, in some small way, of drawing together the body of Christ. We consider it a priviledge to serve God and our brothers and sisters in this way. We don't want any special recognition for our efforts. Therefore we intend to remain anonymous.

We are a group of lay volunteers who love the Roman Catholic Church but do not, directly or indirectly, act as representives the Roman Catholic Church.

If you find this website useful, informative and/or entertaining and wish to show your appreciation, we ask only that you:

• Support and volunteer at your parish or faith-based charities
• Help someone else in need without expecting anything in return
• Spend an hour in prayer in the presence of the Blessed Sacrament
